Alexis Thyssen
Born in 1990 in Cahors, has been passionate about cooking since he was 14 years old. After her beginnings in a small family restaurant in the Paris region, it was then alongside talented chefs that her vocation was nurtured. His career has led him to hold key positions in prestigious establishments such as the Chateau de Mercues and the Domaine de Verchant.
Today, as chef at Le Toit du Theatro, Alexis expresses his talent and creativity. His career is testimony to his determination to succeed and his love for cooking, which he shares with his entire team in order to offer you the best service.
About Albi
